Dearest Reader,

I wrote plenty plenty things but it wasn't just clicking, like at all. So I took all of them down😭😭😭😭 Do you feel like that sometimes, or is it just the overthinker in me doing the most???

BTW, remember the cloud of scepticism I talked about in my last publication??? If you didn't read it, please go and read it, I don't want to have issues with anybody. Anyway, I finally laid it to rest and truthfully, I have never experienced this level of creative liberty. I didn't have to think so much about engagement and tell you what??? My engagement sky-rocketed like never before!!! I'm happy oh and it's all thanks to you guys, you did your girl good❣🥺

I don't say this out loud because I didn't think it was attainable but I want to be a screenwriter(I just typed that out??? Yikes!!). No, but fr I have these crazy film ideas and banging dialogues in my head lol. I've penned down a few but you know that thing that happens, when you have an idea but you brush it off and be like “I'm a writer, and I have a retentive memory, so I don't need to pen this down now” but the moment you pick up your note, it's gone😭😭 The idea, the dialogue, everything is gone! Retentive memory in the mud😭😭😭 Yeah, that's me most of the time but if you really look at it, it's not my fault. Sometimes these ideas come in the wrong time and wrong places, how can I write it when I'm in the market? or toilet sef? and for a traditional writer that likes pen and papere, I forget about my phone most times. Do you see that there's something wrong??😭😭 Hmmm, it is well sha.

But yeah, back to my screenwriting journey, just like @victoriannadi__ (A writer and video creator) said, YouTube is very educational and people often undermine the knowledge that can be obtained from it, with that, I started researching about screenwriting and I've learned a whole lot. Ngl, I haven't been actively reading or watching the resources I’ve downloaded but something about bringing it here will make me accountable, I'm certain(laughs in procrastination). A bigger part of the motivation to pursue this path was a just concluded short film I co-headed in a secondary school. That's tea for another publication but yeah, it was the push I needed.
